Ingredientes para 2 personas

  • Lechuga.
  • Dulce de membrillo.
  • Tofu.
  • Ajos.
  • Pimentón dulce.
  • Salsa de soja.
  • Aceite de oliva.
  • Sal y Pimienta molida.

Preparación

  1. Limpia y corta la lechuga.
  2. Parte el dulce de membrillo en cubos y resérvalo.
  3. En una sartén, pon a calentar aceite de oliva y dora los ajos en láminas.
  4. Añade una cucharada de pimentón dulce, remueve rápido para que no se queme, y echa un buen chorretón de salsa de soja.
  5. Salpimentar al gusto.
  6. Mientras, parte el tofu en trocitos y sofríelo en la sartén, con el ajo, hasta que quede dorado, unos minutos.
  7. Coloca en una fuente un fondo con la ensalada, encima el membrillo y el tofu sofrito, y esparce la salsa que sobra en la sartén por encima.
